Deborah Shepard: Poetry

Untitled by Deborah Shepard

Luminous spiral shaped swings, hidden in Amethyst wings
Swirling in crystalline waters edge, laughing across the windows ledge
Dancing silent as the solace sparing begins
Golden strings entwined with each swirls again

Hand cassette moonlit skies
Satin Rockaby’s fairy ships pass to as good-bye
Mantels statures come to life at Christmas eve
To dance with each elves sleeve

Journey now in dreams come true
In stain glass panorama love shall prevail
Tiny rondells with clasp tune heard
All must believe in the mystical bird

Past featured poem: Hope by Deborah Shepard

I feel my butterfly wings, amidst tea time, Amethyst morn
I feel reborn, I hear soft whispers in the willows they call
I see them in each trees fluttering in fairyism halls
Calling in the roses pearl by far

I shall sketch the silvery rains with yesterdays palette
Sweet apple rabbits upon each moon
Roses will etch the stairways to the heavens
Parasols will line the rows in each garden stop

Each sprite will dance in springtime dew
Knew the dainty skirts flittering about
Vesper moons with rings will be hanging each star hall
Windows will decorate the satin snow lined in each ball

Prelim Beauty

Come along for evening walk along, secluded beaches scribed in harpers moon

Serenity clambers as the seas foam passes
Welcome to the masterpiece of souls life
Glass planarians reveal the beauty to you,

I as your wife

Written in the prelim sands–

Candlelit in illuminated beauty
Scrolled in heart shaped clasps,

adored to your face
Yearning with each kiss to see the sunset has drawn skies
Precious memoirs in pave pebbled stairs,

in my eyes

Written in the prelim sands–

Gardens of ephemeral beauties
My heart filled with silhouetted butterflies fleeting presence
Behold the eyes of whispering wings,

Tis my heart mine
Rapid motions of the timeless sands cross the treasures of thine
